Our hand-crafted pies are inspired by the traditional pizzerias of Naples, New Haven, and New York City. The dough is stretched by hand and topped with quality ingredients, then cooked at an intense heat which fuses the toppings and creates a crisp yet chewy crust that is burnished brown, and sometimes blackened.
